Rain-sensing windshield wipers on the Elite model are very convenient when driving in the rain.
They activate automatically if water is detected on the windshield, making less work for the driver.
- To enable auto wipers, push the windshield wiper lever down to the auto position.
- The windshield wipers will sweep once and go into automatic mode.
- The wipers will operate intermittently and stop automatically based on the amount of moisture the rainfall sensor detects.
- When on auto mode the rainfall sensor sensitivity can be adjusted using the adjustment ring.
Always be sure that the wiper lever is in the off position before entering a car wash or cleaning the windshield to prevent damage to the windshield wiper system.
