Volkswagen Group donates respiratory masks

The Volkswagen Group promptly provides almost 200,000 respirators in the FFP-2 and FFP-3 categories for public health care. The donation is made in close coordination with Federal Health Minister Jens Spahn. The city of Wolfsburg is also supported with medical material.

Volkswagen Human Resources Director Gunnar Kilian says: “Solidarity is a priority for Volkswagen. This maxim applies beyond the factory gates. Public health workers are currently doing outstanding work for society. We are convinced that the protective masks are currently the best used for them. The management board agrees: Volkswagen is happy to provide help in an unbureaucratic manner.”
