Back story: I was 18, was drifting my dads 2015 Forester in a snowy parking lot and clipped a curb. Blew the tire, got it replaced, and its been blowing through wheel bearings.

Current: Hes on his 3rd? New hub/wheel bearing and he hasn't connected the dots to understand this was my fault. Well his 3rd is starting to go. Its getting rough. So as a surprise I'm gonna replace the wheel bearing and get a full alignment on the car.

The wheel isn't visibly bent. What else might i want to consider replacing? Like i recently did the brakes the whole way around on his car and i was looking at EVERYTHING on the side that the wheel bearings are going out and nothing looks bent or broken or anything. I don't wanna replace all the suspension components on that side or anything. Does anyone know what might be causing wheel bearings to keep going out over and over? Do you think an alignment will fix it or should i look at replacing a lower control arm as well or a knuckle? This is on the rear right tire

The wheel bearing is on it's own plane. Buy better wheel bearings with better warranties.

Improper torque could cause premature failure. Nothing you said above really would.

Something has to be bent to go through 3 wheel bearings in 3 years.

If it was torqued properly and the wheel isn't bent, then you got junk wheel bearings. You can install brand new chinese wheel bearings and they'll be loose even with proper torque.

The last 3 he got were from a reputable shop in town. I guarantee you they're not Chinese brand or anything.

Then perhaps you were very unlucky. The bearing exists on it's own plane and regardless of what's happening around it, it's perfectly fine unless the tires were shredding every 5-10K miles. You can replace whatever you like, but I cannot imagine how it would alleviate your problems.
