Can I use my remote start to start my 2019 Subaru Outback Touring without paying for the app

Bought my 2019 Subaru Outback Touring at a auction on October of 2022, I assume that the app for remote start ran out June 2022. Is there any way I can use the remote start without paying for the app. Thanks Robin Press the lock button twice and hold for 5 seconds to start but no start.

Yes, you will need to subscribe to Starlink Connected Services to use remote start features. If you don't want to subscribe, you can install a remote starter from a Subaru dealership that comes with its own long range fob.
