Mercedes GLB 7 seater - 2nd row of seats still movable?

Is the 2nd row of seats still movable when I have a 3rd row of seats (folded and / or opened)?

I also only had the third row and then I was surprised that nothing moved. Later I changed the equipment without 3rd row, then I had to order the seat adjustment separately for a fee.

There is still no answer: MB says itself that the 3rd row is suitable for people up to 1.68 meters tall.

In this case, is the 2nd row of seats in "normal position" so that you can still readjust them, or can the 2nd ROW only be moved when the 3rd row is folded?
