Airmatic damper original or Bilstein for Mercedes E-Class CLS?

Should I take original or Bilstein?

I am concerned about durability and quality. The supplier is Bilstein, isn't it?

I also want to replace windshield wipers. What is Valeo like? Or should I get original.

Bilstein is the OEM, I haven't read anything negative about Bilstein Airmatic components.

On the subject of windshield wipers: I don't have anything to say about Valeo, since I never used them. I have had good experiences with Bosch for 30 years.

Alternatively, search out the MB number and buy original Mercedes wipers on eBay. With a little patience there are always good offers.
