If compressor relay or fuse has gone bad, it will cause your AC to only blow warm air. Since the air from the AC in your vehicle is not cold enough, you should check the refrigerant level. Poor cooling can also be caused by dirty evaporator, dirty condenser, dirty cabin air filter, clogged orifice tube/expansion valve.

Originally l was getting warm air out of the drivers side and cold out of the passenger side. But now both sides are not blowing cold. Refrigerant  is fine.
A friend said it sounds like a blend door actuator problem but i can't hear any clicking noises behind the dash when i press the air con button.
Ihave plugged in a Icarsoft MB V2 but it didn't show any faults.
Would a star machine pinpoint the problem.

That does sound like a blend door problem. But dual zone climate control has separate blend door actuators for driver and passenger side. Both of them going bad one after and other is rare.

If the evaporator isn't properly/fully cooled, it can also cause one side to blow warm air and other cold. Does the compressor engage when you turn on the AC?

I suspect your compressor has failed, and while it was failing you were getting partial cooling.
