Edit – New customer magazine from Volvo Cars in Sweden

With Edit, Volvo Cars reloads customer communications to match a time of electrification, autonomous driving and mobility in a personal way. Readers will meet Edit as a newsletter, in social media and as a printed magazine.

Nya Edit

“The New Edit is more than a new newspaper. We work more strategically with content that renews, inspires, nuances and explains and highlights Volvo Cars’ core values”, says Gustaf Sjöholm, editor-in-chief.

“We have created and sustained customer relationships with our customer magazine ever since the first issue came out over 91 years ago. We know that a printed magazine is appreciated by a specific target group and therefore it feels extra fun to continue that tradition while at the same time refreshing ourselves.”

The first printed Edit 1: 2020 is fronted by Fares Fares, who is back in Sweden after several years in Hollywood and is up to date with a new series on Viaplay. Readers can also read about human fascination for speed linked to Volvo Cars’ new top speed limit – and follow the Swedish kennel club on sheep flock in Småland.

The new printed magazine is distributed free of charge to Volvo owners who own up to six years old Volvo.

Edit is produced by Volvo Car Sweden in collaboration with Make Your Mark. It is printed and distributed by Strålfors and Mindshare. The editor in chief is Gustaf Sjöholm and responsible publisher Katarina Adamson.
