VW Tiguan 2 displays "ACC error", no more cruise control

With my now after almost 1 year old Tiguan Allspace 190 PS TDI, I have had the following problem several times:

When driving on the highway in dry, clear weather and with a clean car (no dirty sensors or the like) and the speed and distance assistant switched on, the display "error ACC" suddenly appears and the two assistants stop working.

While driving, I was never able to reactivate the function.

After the vehicle has stood with the ignition switched off and started again, it works again.

Has anyone else made this problem?

Would be happy to get answers because I couldn't find anything with the search function.

This is a collective error - almost all auxiliary chassis fail because the system cannot cope with one error. I had the case last year - the turbo hose slid down on the highway when it was tightened, which had not been properly fixed in the workshop before. The car was then no longer able to properly produce the mixture, and there was also a drop in performance - all systems were immediately switched off - display error ACC. After restarting the car, it was gone - until the same error occurred again.

I have a 2021 Tiguan SEL and it will give me an “acc cruise control error” under the following conditions:  1- leave the cruise control system active when you turn off the car.  2- restart the car with the remote start.  3- drive and try to set the cruise speed.  Happens every time with remote start, and clears after starting with the push button in the console.  I am working with the dealer to see if they can correct it.

I have the same issue, and Volkswagen's repair is to not use the remote start, this has been an ongoing issue with the atlas, Jetta, Golf... any platform with the factory remote start... not sure if the new remote start has the same issue but it seems like VW has no intent on repairing this issue, I've been fighting for a year to have this problem resolved or take the car back as the software is defective.

I have a Tiguan 2022, low mileage and kept very clean. The ACC error has just started to appear. It prevents the use of cruise control. As you say, this happens during dry weather, so not caused by rain.
