2000 VW Passat climate control part number

Question

I am trying to  identify the "part" below. Air /ventilation seems to flow. No proper reading and It has stopped working properly and I cannot read, when trying to adjust the controls.

Grateful if you can identify the "Control part" and if need be locate the part and I can order accordingly from internet or from VW companies. Mine is a VW Passat 2000.

I think the part number for this module is 3B1907044C or 3B1907044A.
