Error message key is missing - Volvo XC60

I'm new to Volvo. Maybe someone can help. I have XC 60 R-Design B5, full equipment Sensus, Bowers & Wilkens etc

Following problem:
Vehicle key is in the car, the car stops and the engine is switched off - the key is still in the center console, a door is opened; because, for example, the passenger gets out - if I want to start the engine now, the car reports that the key is missing? Now I have to lock and unlock with the remote control and only then can I start the engine again.

How is it possible, what's the problem?

Wireless charger or something similar in the center console?

For me it seems to sometimes cause problems. It helps to have the key further away from the center console (in my left pocket).
