Could be due to bad neutral safety switch. Try starting your vehicle with transmission at N position.
Another thing you can check (assuming the battery health is good) is the starter relay. Replace it with an identical one and see if it works.
Also check if immobilizer light is turned on or blinking in the instrument cluster, which indicates an immobilizer malfunction.
