Rear window not working on Citroen berlingo 2018

I have just purchased a CITROËN BERLINGO and the rear screen will not open. The push button doesn't have any impact. Can you help

Thanks for your suggestions, after removing the tailgate inside panel l found that the activation switch to the opening window had been disconnected. As my vehicle is wheelchair adapted this is common practice during the conversation. Rgds MM
