Two of three, Remote Key's fob not working: on 2018 fiesta SE sedan

Question

Key #1:  Display "key not detected" - no engine start, no lock and unlock doors or unlock trunk.  

Key #2:  Dose not lock, unlock doors or trunk.  Starts car.

Key #3:   Locks, unlocks doors and trunk, Starts car

Have you replaced the battery in the first 2 key fobs? The battery inside first key fob may be completely dead, so its not working for anything. The battery in the second key fob may be weak, and only has enough juice to sent radio signals when inside the vehicle. You can remove the good battery from the 3rd key fob and try it with first 2 key fobs to rule out any battery related issues.

I am sure I checked battery's voltage on all three. I will try as you suggested and let you know.
