Ford fiesta se 2014, automatic dual transmission 1.6L delay in starting. Also while running it jerks during gear change

My ford fiesta is not starting in first attempt, some cranking noise comes from the engine side, after the soui stops it starts on second attempt. Also while running during automatic gear change the car is jerking. Sometimes it not reversing also.

1. Scan for error codes using OBD2 scanner.
2. Check spark plugs and ignition coils.
3. Check fuel pressure with scan tool.
