On 65 mph it shutters like it's drivetrain or transmission hesitation and unstable RPMs. What could cause it and how do you fix it? It's a 2011 Chevy traverse with 180,000 miles on it.

When a car has trouble accelerating past a certain speed, its usually due to a clogged catalytic converter. High speed means more exhaust gases, and if catalytic converter is clogged, the engine suffocates. So this is the first thing you should check on your Chevy Traverse.
