It’s got a new Ecm computer that has been flashed according to vin number. Could not get past anti-theft sys with old ecm. After replacing Ecm was able to get past the anti-theft with new key. Trying to start with old key before Ecm change the car did nothing. The car made clicking noise trying with new key and battery. Have decided starter next? HELP Please.

Yes you should check starter. Clicking noise when attempting to start the engine commonly happens due to weak battery. If the battery is good, then next up is the starter. Also check its electrical connections and wires.
