Drive your Mercedes for 20 to 30 minutes and then check the app again. The battery should then be charged. Check if there is any such message. If the warning message is still there, check if you still have warranty for battery replacement. If the battery is good, then the alternator should be inspected. Since your vehicle is new, it should be done under warranty, contact your local Mercedes-Benz dealer.
