My radio doesn’t work - 2014 Ford Flex

My Am/Fm radio doesn’t work. No sound comes from any where. When trying to listen to the FM radio, on the menu, I can’t select a station

Check fuse #9 in the passenger compartment. Its for SYNC, electronic finish panel, radio transceiver module.

Also check fuse #29: which is for radio, global positioning system module.
