Bought a regular 134 and couldn't get coupling to fit.  Realized it might be the 1234 needed but difficult to find any info.  Even product hard to find.

Yes it probably means you have R-1234YF Freon. You can verify by looking at the tag under your hood that specifies your Freon type. For 2014 Dodge Charger its at the bottom front of the hood. The R-1234YF Freon costs about twice as much and will require a different fitting. Different port sizes are used for different Freon types to prevent you from contaminating your system with the wrong Freon.
