After a bit cold weather, my radio is not working. I changed my battery, because it was born 2014:) now both information screen and radio not working. When I test with obd2 to diagnose. I find radio error? Could someone share diagram of systems, fuse boxes and whatever else. Thanks.

You can check fuse F33 (display, Infotainment system) in the interior fuse box.

On cars with the left-hand the steering wheel, the interior fuse block is located on the underside of the driver’s side instrument panel.

On cars with the right-hand the steering wheel, the interior fuse block is located behind a cover in the glovebox on the passenger side.

I tested all fuses three locations, no problem. I cut battery nearly 15 minutes for reset everything, no solve. But when I insert cd or usb I'm listening music. My problem information screen and radio controls both steering wheel and radio unit.

If your radio failed first then the whole information screen died, it could mean that the infotainment system is dead. But its best to check the fuse first.

Both happened simultaneously. Control keys on the radio and steering wheel do not work. there is no information on the screen. but I listen to music with cd or usb. There is no problem with the buzzer in the signals connected to that unit. intact in fuses and new in battery.

It seems like a complicated issue and diagnosing it won't be easy. If fuses are okay and OBD2 tells radio error, then the fault must be with the control unit / infotainment. Maybe just a loose wire/plug somewhere behind the dash? Or the unit itself could have developed a fault.

you are absolutely right. Working of usb or cd but control keys not working gives the feeling that there is a fault in some part of the radio unit. I guess the screen is not completely independent of the radio. What is the relationship between the radio on off and other control keys and the volume keys on the steering wheel? By the way, do I have a can bus communication

Steering controls are not independent, they are always wired to the infotainment unit. I am not sure about Mokka, but logic says that radio unit is hooked into the display unit. Since both radio buttons and steering buttons failed simultaneously. Its a good sign that they both are hooked into one unit.
