Android Auto does not recognize voice on Opel Karl?

My wife has an Opel Karl with Android Auto. Unfortunately it doesn't recognize her voice, but mine without problems.

A friend thinks that since I have set this up it could be that he only recognizes my voice.

Can you reset that?

It would be new to me that you can adjust your voice there.

My girlfriend and I use Android Auto ourselves and have no problems with voice recognition.
