I have had a Seat Leon for last month and now I wanted to test the Android Auto function. For information, I have a Huawei Mate 20 lite.

On Youtube, I saw that a USB cable is required for the first connection. I was able to connect, but it only shows maps. The screen looked very different from how I saw in the instruction video and WhatsApp and co were not displayed to me at all. Can someone help me? Am i doing something wrong?

Android Auto also has a different interface. Only a handful of apps work on it, too. What you saw in the video was probably a Mirror Link.

You have to mirror your cell phone, then you practically have your cell phone screen on the infotainment screen. It is best to read the operating instructions.
