I’m replacing the front struts on my 2003 Ford Taurus. I’m having trouble getting the pinch bolt out on one side. I got the nut off, but the bolt is stuck. I tried hitting it with a hammer but it won’t budge and I’m worried I’ll damage the bolt if I hit it any harder. It looks like it’s got some kind of white glue holding the bolt in. Any tips on how to get the bolt out without damaging it? Thanks

Get a brass punch (so you don’t mar the threads) and beat the ever living snot out of it. You can also liberally spray it with PB Blaster a few hours before you go to pound town.
