Is there a sensor for the battery light to come on on a Ford Taurus 2010.

My dashlight (Blue steady) comes on but everything checked out fine voltage wise at the battery and alternator, clean battery posts, motor running or not, so at lost to why the light come one

Most probably a poor connection somewhere. Check all your grounds and battery connections.
