If you are experiencing a situation where your Chrysler 200 starts but then dies shortly after and you have multiple trouble codes related to fuel injectors, it could indicate a problem with the fuel delivery system. The loose battery terminal might have caused some initial issues, but if tightening it didn't resolve the problem completely, there could be other underlying causes.

Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot and potentially resolve the issue:

Check Fuel Pressure
Insufficient fuel pressure could cause the engine to start but not run properly. A fuel pressure test can help determine if the fuel pump or fuel pressure regulator is malfunctioning.

Inspect Fuel Injectors and Wiring
The trouble codes indicating open circuits in fuel injectors 1-6 might suggest a problem with the injectors themselves or the wiring leading to them. Check for any damaged or disconnected wiring around the injectors.

Look for Vacuum Leaks
Vacuum leaks can disrupt the air-fuel mixture and lead to poor engine performance. Examine all vacuum hoses and connections for leaks or cracks.

Inspect the Throttle Body
A dirty or malfunctioning throttle body can affect the engine's idle and overall performance. Clean the throttle body and its components.

Verify the Camshaft and Crankshaft Position Sensors
These sensors are critical for the engine's timing and fuel injection. If they are faulty, the engine may not run properly.

Scan for Additional Trouble Codes
Perform a comprehensive diagnostic scan to see if there are any additional trouble codes that might shed light on the issue.

Check for Restricted Exhaust
A clogged catalytic converter or exhaust system can create backpressure and hinder engine performance.
