Both of my key fobs won't pre start my truck

Question

Both key fobs will lock, unlock, tailgate open,  and set horn off BUT about 4 days now  it will not let me prestart in anymore. My Ford app on my phone works I can prestart truck from there but not from my key fob anymore.  Batteries in both key fobs been replaced . What should  I Do?

Does your key fob has a remote start button? Or is it the aftermarket system where you press the lock button 3 times? If its aftermarket system, it may have gone bad. The Ford app remote start comes from the factory on lower trim Ford trucks, but not on the key fob.

Disconnect the 12 volt battery for 30 minutes. Disconnect negative cable first, then positive cable. When reconnecting: connect positive cable first, then negative cable. This will reset all modules in your vehicle, and may solve your issue.

Other than that, there isn't much you can do except taking it to Ford and they run a full diagnostic with OBD scanner.
