My Jeep loses power when I get to 60 kilometres an hour

It loses power at 60 to 100 kilometers an hour and then speeds up and keeps doing it.what should I check first

Could be an issue with fuel delivery. Hook up a fuel pressure gauge and see if it has fuel pressure drop issues. Watch the video:
