Replaced throttle body on a 2016 Dodge? Those things last forever, unless cracked somehow. Or do you mean, you cleaned the throttle body? Replacing spark plugs is also unnecessary in an engine that won't crank.

If the engine does not crank, it can be due to following reasons:

  1. Dead battery.
  2. Poor battery connection, either at battery terminals, or fuse box/ground.
  3. Bad starter motor relay or fuse.
  4. Bad starter motor wire/poor connection.
  5. Bad starter motor.

These are the most common problems when there is no crank. But in rare cases, it can happen due to bad ignition circuit/switch, or immobilizer malfunction. Also, connect OBD scanner to your vehicle and see if there are any fault codes.
