My 2016 Chevy Trax started blowing very hot air back in December when it was still cold in the early mornings, and it has blown only hot air whether it’s on heat or on max a/c. I’ve refilled water and coolant/antifreeze reservoirs & also recharge the freon. When I put the freon in & had the air on highest speed and max a/c, the air never once even slightly cooled off let alone started blowing cold.

Most probably a faulty blend door actuator. The blend door is stuck open to the heater core which has hot coolant flowing through it.
