My Subaru wrx hesitates on acceleration on high speed turns on the track and even low speed turns

It starts fine but seems to happen on turns both left and right. I started topping off the fuel tank before each session and that seems to help a little.. when it happens I can shake the car back and forth and it catches again. any hints?

Could be an issue with transfer case (note that Subaru integrates their transfer case directly into the transmission).
