What is the likelihood these problems may have caused related damage within the engine ?
Possible Cat converter or other parts ?

Your question does not say what is wrong with your RR?

The car has been in repair workshop having warranty work .Replaced 2cam solenoids & 2 exhaust sensors. According to LAND ROVER website. possible damage to cat convertor may have occurred but will not be apparent until more miles covered.How likely will this be bearing in mind only covered 11,000 miles
