Mini one fault - aircon on and window down

Question

When I turn the dial to increase the air circulation and try to put my window down the dashboard lights, indicator and radio fail and I also get a red steering wheel alert then the red car on a ramp sign.
When I turn the dial off and the window up all goes back to normal. The window with an exclamation sign shows often and the boot open sign and sound more commonly now when it is fully closed.
The auto electrician has changed the computer box but it hasn't resolved the problem.
The windows were slow to open before I had the clutch and exhaust replaced.
