2015 F150 headlight auto highbeams turning on when approching car 20 yards away

how do you adjust? I'm being brighted, flipped off and cussed at for something out of my control

You can disable auto high beam feature in 2015 F-150 by going to Settings menu in the instrument cluster display and then uncheck Auto HighBeam option.
