2021 F150 USB music will not let me make selection when vehicle is moving

Question

When using my USB stick with all my music I am unable to change or search for a different album, song or artist.  When a passenger is in the passenger seat it asks for verification that the driver is not making the request.  This is only when the vehicle is in motion.  Most of the time I don't have a passenger and find it is not practical to stop the vehicle every time I want to change my music.  Do you know of a solution or work-around?  2021 Ford F150 Lariat

Browsing USB content is not allowed while driving on 14th gen F-150 and the previous 13th gen as well. But you can give voice commands to play a certain album/song. Press the voice command button on the steering wheel, then say “Play <Track> by <Artist>” (ex. “Play The Ninth Symphony by Beethoven”) to begin listening to a specific track that is stored on your USB-connected device.

In 13th gen it was possible to override the USB music play limitation by changing navigation in motion setting using FORScan software via OBDII port. Not sure if its still applicable for 14th gen.
