Ford truck ranger 1998 truck wont start. Where is blown fuse?

Battery is fully charged. When key is inserted and turned all the lights come on but no clicking or turning of the motor. Previous owner said it happened to him before and had a blown fuse. Where is this blown fuse?

Do you have a fuse test light? Then check all the fuses in the engine compartment fuse box. It will take just a few minutes.
