I had absolutely no issue with my JGC until I took it to this ship due to a check engine light. I had the code reader check to see the problem 3 cylinder misfire so I took it to a shop and they screwed me to the tune of 650.00 for a coil pack replacement and spark plugs replaced. What the heck could they have done to make my car start smoking which I believe is an antifreeze smell

Generally white smoke means engine coolant is leaking and being burned in the engine and coming out the exhaust. Usually caused by a blown head gasket. Replacing coil pack or spark plugs shouldn't cause head gasket failure. The shop may have just replaced the spark plugs and coil pack without properly diagnosing the cause of misfire, which seems to be due to leaking head gasket.
