Toyota prado Diesel 2016 idles ok when cold, but idle increases when engine hot. In Park or Drive (foot on break)

Question

I have a 2016 Toyota prado (GDJ150R) Diesel. When it is cold the idle speed is 650RPM in park or Drive. Once the engine reaches operating temperature, the idle increases to 950 RPM in Park or drive (foot on break)

If the gear lever is moved to reverse , the revs go back to 650

This can happen due to bad intake air temp sensor (IAT).

Thank you. I just have to locate the sensor, is it part of the MAF sensor next to the air filter?
