By computer, you mean the infotainment system?
Performing factory reset:
Go to Settings > Return to Factory Settings.
The following may display:
Reset Vehicle Settings: Resets all vehicle settings for the current user.
Erase Settings and Personal Data: Erases app data settings, user profiles, and personal data including mobile device data.
Performing hard reset:
1. Unlock your vehicle with remote, use key if you don't have remote.
2. Turn off dome light (to prevent battery drain).
3. Open driver door to the first stopping point. Keep the key inside car.
4. Keep the door to open position for about 15 minutes.
5. After about 15 minutes, enter your vehicle and close the door from inside.
6. Start vehicle, infotainment system should have reset.
