Sport Mode

Sport mode enhances driving dynamics with more immediate acceleration response, plus an increased steering effort that provides better road feel. You’ll see Sport on the instrument cluster and the gauge cluster highlights will turn red.

Eco Mode

Eco mode encourages efficient driving by prompting the driver to accelerate in an efficient manner. Climate control is also changed to Eco – heating and cooling are adjusted to consume less power when Eco mode is selected. You’ll see Eco on the instrument cluster and the gauge cluster highlights will turn green. The smart Eco pedal indicator will also be enabled in the center of the cluster: it is represented by a band that replaces the analog speedometer display, this band is an indicator of how efficiently you are accelerating the band color progresses from white to orange with heavier acceleration. Gradual acceleration allows you to stay within the optimal range.

Eco+ Mode

There is a fourth mode available called Eco+. This is an ultra power saving mode for when battery range is at a critical level. It restricts the climate control system and maximum vehicle speed in order to maximize driving range. To select Eco+ mode, hold down the DRIVE MODE button until ECO+ appears on the instrument cluster. To deselect ECO+ mode, press the DRIVE MODE button and it will change to Eco mode.

Customize drive modes

You can also customize some features of Normal, Sport and Eco modes. Select SETUP, then Vehicle and you’ll see the Drive Mode screen. Choose the mode you wish to customize: Climate control can be set to normal or eco and you can adjust regenerative braking also called coast energy regeneration from level 1 to level 3.

Once you change the settings, they will stay that way until you are ready to change them again.
