How to set memory seat on Mazda CX-9

The memory function makes it possible to save a set sitting position (height, inclination, backrest, thigh support) and to call it up again at the push of a button if the seat is in a different position.

In addition to the seat, this function can also be used to adjust the exterior mirrors.

Saving position

To program the driver’s seat and outside mirror positions to a numbered memory button, adjust the driver seat and outside mirrors to the desired positions. Next press the memory SET button and then press the desired programming button 1, 2 or 3 until a beep sounds (newer models have 1 and 2 only). The button is now programmed.
