The adaptive cruise control or Smart Cruise Control (SCC) on Kia Sportage increases driving comfort and helps the driver to maintain a safe distance from the vehicle in front on the highway.
Adaptive cruise control enables more comfortable driving, thanks to the predictive radar or front camera system, which detects cars in front and can automatically adjust the vehicle’s speed on highways and maintain a safe distance from a slower vehicle.
Activating adaptive cruise control with stop and go function can be done in a few simple steps.
- Start by pressing the CRUISE button on the steering wheel. A light with cruise icon will illuminate on the instrument cluster.
