How to turn off front passenger airbag on Toyota Tundra

The passenger airbag off switch is located in the glove compartment. It can be used to disable the front passenger airbag in order to accommodate a passenger that could sustain injury should the airbag deploy or if cargo has been placed in the seat.

To turn the front passenger airbag off turn the ignition key to the OFF position and remove it.

The airbag off indicator light will come on. If the key is removed at any position other than off the switch will automatically return to the AUTO position.

To turn the front passenger airbag on again turn the key to the AUTO position. In the auto position the indicator light status will vary depending on the operation of the occupant classification system.

This is wrong. I do not have this in my 2008 tundra extended cab. There is no airbag switch in the glove compartment or any other visible place.
