Resetting oil life on Honda Insight is easy, which can be achieved by following a few simple steps mentioned in this tutorial.
Note: This method is specifically for 2nd generation of Honda Insight made between 2010 and 2014, but it might also work for other models as well.
- Turn your key to ON position, it doesn’t matter if engine is running or not.
- Scroll through the options in your instrument cluster with the trip button and find “OIL LIFE”.
- Press and hold the trip button for 5 seconds.
- A confirmation window will pop-up. Select “RESET” to confirm.
