Toyota RAV4 comes equipped with one or more USB ports next to the aux port low in the center console.

Make sure your flash drive is formatted with either FAT32 or exFAT file system, as the RAV4 system may not recognize NTFS or any other file system.
- To play MP3 or windows media audio files from a flash drive, plug it directly into the USB port.
- The USB icon will become active on the display screen, and if the audio system is on, the files on the drive will start to play.
- If the information is available, the title and or artist will appear on the screen.
- You can search the flash drive by folder or by music selection.
- Touch the Files button to see the songs in the folder that’s open. If you want another folder, touch the Folders button.
Not a good system. Is there a way to plug flash drive in and just have it play song after song without taking your eyes off road to choose another song?
If your music is in a single folder then it should auto play all the files. Also, if you have 2019 or later model, you can just use CarPlay or Android Auto to play your music.
