How to factory reset SYNC 4 system on Ford F-150

Performing a master reset on Ford F-150’s SYNC 4 system is fairly simple.

If you’re having trouble operating the SYNC 4 infotainment system on Ford F-150, for example, if the Bluetooth is not connecting or Apple CarPlay / Android Auto is not running properly, then performing a master reset may alleviate the problem.

You can perform a factory reset via the SYNC 4 infotainment system settings on 14th generation Ford F-150.

1. Go to the Settings tab on the center touchscreen.
2. Select General Settings.
3. Scroll down and select Reset.
4. Touch Master Reset button.
