How to adjust screen brightness on Ford F-150

Do you find the center touchscreen on Ford F-150 too bright at night? Or do you find it too dark in the daylight? You’ve the option to increase or decrease screen brightness according to your preference.

You may be interested to know that you can adjust the brightness of your SYNC 4 touchscreen, turn it off, or set it to day or night mode.


Adjusting Brightness

You can increase or decrease the brightness of the center touchscreen manually via the SYNC 4 settings on Ford F-150.

  1. Go to Settings menu on the center touchscreen.
  2. Select Display Settings.
  3. Touch Brightness.
  4. Use the left arrow to dim or the right arrow to brighten the display.

Selecting Modes

There are three modes to choose from, auto, day, or night. Auto will automatically switch between day or night modes depending on lighting conditions.

  1. Go to Settings menu on the center touchscreen.
  2. Select Display Settings.
  3. Touch Mode.
  4. Select between Auto, Day and Night.
