I've had to change a bulb every couple weeks to couple months over the last few years with my car. Last time I went to a mechanic, I told them to thoroughly check my lights, and to order an entirely new assembly/everything if I need it, but they said "it's fine". Then a day later, I have another dead bulb. Yesterday, I replaced my dead right-side low beam bulb, and today I find out my left-side low beam is dead. The bulb is all blue and foggy, and the glass is even broken on parts of it. I have noticed broken bulbs before, probably on the same side. I was told by one person to always change both bulbs at the same time, but another person said only the broken one needs changed. Is this an electrical problem..? Bad fuse? I've about had it with buying new bulbs. The bulb power connectors are getting pretty green and scummy, too, so hopefully those can be replaced inexpensively, as well.

Alternator maybe overcharging. With the car running stick a multimeter on the battery terminals. Should be between 13.7 and 14.4v

Anything higher than this means the alternator needs attention.

Im not the best at electrical issues, but the green corrosion certainly can cause some issues. I have had to replace the bulb connector itself, it’s simply cutting the old off and splicing the new one on, though it’s fairly easy to clean off the corrosion. People suggest corrosionX, rubbing alcohol, vinegar and baking soda. I’d try that before anything. Hope this helps.

Hey I have a 05 crv, if the headlight bulbs don’t get clipped in all the way they rattle and get exposed to moisture. I kept replacing mine till I watched a video Also that damn third brake light fails like once a year.
