Title pretty much sums it up. Think it’s okay to change it at 65k miles, it just never change it at all?

Changing it with the proper ATF with a drain and fill will not hurt it any at all. I don't buy into the "Lifetime transmission fluid" thing that the manufacturers like to sell.

YES, DO it! And every 60K after if you intend to keep the truck for a long time.If you don't intend to keep it a long time, keep the receipt to show the next potential buyer to prove how well you taken car of this truck!

Should be done every 50-60k if you want your transmission to last a while. That lifetime fluid narrative they are pushing nowadays is only designed to raise sales of new transmissions.

It's ok to do tranny flushes. That being said, I'd look at your owners manual and see what it recommends first.

Make sure that they use the correct fluid or else your warranty will be void. Get an itemized receipt, and store it in your records for later when you sell your truck, or get warranty work done to prove you maintained it.
