Car hops at low speeds. If my car is rolling at 5-10 MPH no brakes applied it will hop. Just got new rims and tires. Doesn’t happen at high speeds, don’t know what’s wrong.

Your control arm bushings may be worn out. If the car is higher mileage, it will almost be expected. There would be play where the control arm meets the subframe when you pry at it with a prybar. Shocks could also be worn, but there would be more symptoms than just wheels hop. You can do a simple jounce test to test your shocks.

Some cars have a center bearing for the long side CV axle. If it wears out you might get the symptoms described.

Did you get them balanced?

Yeah and this was happening before i got the new wheels too. My old wheels were making the car drive like a boat at high speeds, I didn’t feel safe. But I've been having this same problem for ages, suspension maybe?
